These Terms of Use (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the websites, media platforms, content, newsletters, e-commerce store (Shop Wild), paid membership communities (Wild Senses Social Club), live events, and retreats (Camp Wilde) operated by Wild Senses Media Inc. (“Wild Senses,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, subscribing to our communications, purchasing products or memberships, participating in our social media channels (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest), or submitting content to our franchises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. 1. Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to access and use our general services and media platforms. To purchase products from Shop Wild, join the Wild Senses Social Club, or register for Camp Wilde and other ticketed events, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
Binding Agreement: By creating an account, making a purchase, subscribing to our newsletter, or interacting with our platforms, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Overview of Wild Senses Services
Wild Senses is a media, lifestyle, e-commerce, and community brand that operates through multiple connected layers:
Media & Editorial Content: Articles, video series, podcasts, newsletters, social content, and digital publications (e.g., Escape Covers, The Obsession Report, The Wild List).
Interactive Content Franchises: Audience-driven formats including Wildly Said, Delulu or Valid?, The Lore, Make Life Feel Bigger, and Main Character Assignments.
E-Commerce (Shop Wild): Digital guides, travel itineraries, reading journals, apparel, accessories, and curated physical items.
Membership (Wild Senses Social Club): Recurring digital and local membership benefits, broadcast channels, private community spaces, and local chapters.
Experiential Events (Camp Wilde & Local Gatherings): In-person supper clubs, movie nights, seasonal weekends, and destination retreats.
3. Account Registration & Community Conduct
A. Account Responsibility
To access certain features (such as the Wild Senses Social Club or your Shop Wild order history), you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
B. Community Code of Conduct
Wild Senses is designed to be a safe, uplifting, and creative identity space. Whether commenting on our TikTok or Instagram posts, participating in the Social Club, or attending a Camp Wilde retreat, you agree not to:
Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or intimidate any community member, creator, host, or staff member.
Post or submit content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or illegal.
Use our platforms for unauthorized commercial advertising, spamming, self-promotion, or scraping data.
Impersonate any person, brand, creator, or member of the Wild Senses team or Wild Senses Circle.
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code that impairs the functionality of our website or services.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove any content, suspend access, or terminate accounts/memberships of users who violate these guidelines, without prior notice or refund.
4. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
A. Wild Senses Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Wild Senses platform and content—including text, graphics, logos, icons, custom illustrations, Escape Covers, visual brand codes, video footage, audio recordings, podcasts, trade dress, slogans (such as “Wildly Said” and “Make Life Feel Bigger”), software, and overall editorial look and feel—are the exclusive property of Wild Senses Media Inc. or its licensors, protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
B. Limited License to Users
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view our digital content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
Reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from our editorial content, digital itineraries, or paid products without express written permission.
Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, AI scraping tools) to extract data or content from Wild Senses.
5. User-Generated Content & Submissions
A. Submissions to Franchises & Community Channels
Wild Senses thrives on community participation. When you submit text, dilemmas, advice, voice notes, photos, video clips, or check-ins to our franchises (e.g., Delulu or Valid?, Main Character Assignments, reader Q&As, or social media duets/stitches):
Ownership: You retain ownership of your original User-Generated Content (UGC).
License Grant: You grant Wild Senses Media Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your submission across any media platforms (including social media channels, newsletters, YouTube shows, podcasts, and marketing materials) without compensation or attribution obligation to you.
Anonymity: For franchises involving personal dilemmas (such as Delulu or Valid?), Wild Senses will make reasonable efforts to obscure personally identifiable details if requested, but you acknowledge that public submissions carry inherent public exposure risks.
B. Representation & Warranty
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the licenses above for any content you submit, and that your submission does not infringe upon any third-party privacy, copyright, or contractual rights.
6. E-Commerce, Subscriptions, and Payments (Shop Wild & Social Club)
A. Purchases at Shop Wild
Pricing & Availability: All prices displayed on Shop Wild are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Digital Products: Purchases of digital goods (e.g., downloadable travel itineraries, digital guides, reading journals, playlists) are delivered electronically. Due to the immediate access nature of digital items, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products: Shipping and return policies for physical merchandise will be detailed at checkout.
B. Wild Senses Social Club (Recurring Subscriptions)
Auto-Renewal: Social Club memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the billing interval selected at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.
Payment Authorization: By signing up for a recurring membership, you authorize Wild Senses (via our third-party payment processors) to charge your designated payment method for each recurring fee.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Social Club membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@wildsenses.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing term. You will retain access until the billing period ends; partial refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
7. In-Person Events, Gatherings & Retreats (Camp Wilde)
When you register for or attend any Wild Senses in-person event, local chapter gathering, supper club, or Camp Wilde retreat:
Assumption of Risk: Participation in physical events, outdoor activities, travel, and social gatherings carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including personal injury, illness, or property loss/damage.
Event Rules & Conduct: Attendees must comply with all host instructions, venue rules, and local laws. Wild Senses reserves the right to remove any attendee exhibiting disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Media Release: You acknowledge that Wild Senses events are filmed, photographed, and recorded. By attending, you grant Wild Senses the right to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in promotional videos, editorial recaps, social media, and future marketing without compensation.
Cancellations & Refunds: Specific cancellation windows and refund terms for ticketed events and Camp Wilde retreats will be provided on the event booking page. Retreat deposits may be non-refundable due to vendor commitments.
8. Affiliate Links, Recommendations & External Content
The Wild List & Product Recommendations: Wild Senses provides highly curated recommendations for books, travel destinations, hotels, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products. Some links on our platforms (such as The Wild List or newsletter recommendations) are affiliate links. If you purchase items through these links, Wild Senses may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
Third-Party Platforms: Our services link to third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Spotify, external booking platforms). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, products, policies, or services.
9. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Takedown Policy
Wild Senses respects the legal rights of intellectual property owners. If you believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written Notice of Copyright Infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our Designated Copyright Agent:

They do not constitute professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
“As Is” Basis: The services, products, content, and website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful viruses.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wild Senses Media Inc., its founders, directors, employees, partners, creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury—arising out of or connected to:
Your access to, or inability to access or use, our services or platforms.
Any conduct or content of any third party or community member on our platforms.
Products purchased from Shop Wild or events attended, including Camp Wilde.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or submissions.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the services exceed the amount you paid to Wild Senses in the past twelve (12) months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wild Senses Media Inc., its officers, directors, employees, creators, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or in any way connected to:
Your access to or use of the Wild Senses platforms.
Your User-Generated Content or franchise submissions.
Your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
Your conduct at any Wild Senses live event or retreat.
13. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully as it impacts your legal rights.
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@wildsenses.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our platforms, or purchases shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Travis County, Texas, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND WILD SENSES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
